So, I have two f-hole tattoos on my lower back, and I'd love to show them off once in a while. I was thinking a backless dress, but I haven't found any that go that low... I was thinking something that's just missing the lower back, you know? Anyways, I'd like to make something like this, but seeing as I can't even find pictures I was wondering if anyone had any tips or ideas [or pictures]? Thank you!

I know there's at least one Vogue dress pattern with a very low back. Bear in mind patterns are designed for 5'9", if you are less it'll drop that low cut back even further.
