Ok so I've been literally on the website for 10 mins and I loved it so much that I thought I would join in.
This is actually a bag I made for myself a couple of weeks ago out of all the old pairs of jeans I have lying around but am loathe to throw away because they have perfectly good swatches of demin left in them.  This is a patchwork bag made out of bits of around 4 pairs of jeans.

It has 7 panels, 6 make the actual bag and a 7th panel is folded in the bottom to give more space.

This is the flipside of the bag with a 70cl wine bottle (my favourite shopping item) beside for size comparison.

And lastly this is how it hangs (well on my door anyway).  I had to shorten the strap because it was too long to begin with and I kept banging the shopping off my knee.
It's not as colourful or ornate as some of the other fabulous bags but I really like its simplicity - plus it's very strong and washable.

That is a really great bag...maybe not so fancy, but denim would make it super durable for those heavy grocery items (milk, canned goods).  Great job!

Looks great! Welcome to craftster. You're way more brave than me. I still can't get up the courage or get off my butt to make something for challenges.
