I don't want to be a downer..since your bag is awsome. But...

Were there bad fumes? One the etsy tut it said t open up a window to avoid fumes. I have a bird so...should I be okay in a different part of the house, or should I avoid this? Another question, can you use paper in this? Like...use it to cover paper? Like this: bag, bag, bag, paper, bag, bag, bag. A sandwich of sorts. I'm thinking this would be easier to use then sewing vinyl. Also, do the white bags turn out relatively clear? I'm intrigued now.

Your bag is awesome... thank you for sharing!!!!

I also read CRAFT Magazine blog and I also tried to fuse plastic bags...but I spent  a lot of time to fuse just a little square....so I quit desperate Cry

How long did it take to fuse the whole plastic for your shopping bag???

I love the way you used the bag graphics!  Very cool!  And thanks for the close-ups of the fused bags.  I thought I had done mine wrong because they weren't perfectly smooth... turns out I did OK!  Smiley Great job.

yeah thats truly awsome! is that interfacing on the back?

Thank you!
Nope it is just about 7 layers of plastic bags!.
I was going to line it or put some kind of backing but it has a really nice weight to it.
