I am really thrilled with how well this came out. I was driving my daughter to school this morning and I got inspiration for a dress. This is how it came out Smiley

Detail of the top

That neckline is a half circle on each side so if you were to look down on the dress the neckline is a complete circle around her neck. I'll try to post some action shots tomorrow.

Thanks for looking!
Jenn

oohh, yes, I want action shots too!  Very cool, retroie goodness.

Got to love that sudden inspiration.  When I get it, I wonder why I bother to try to learn anything new, I should just sit back and let the ideas come to me  Cheesy  Too bad the inspiration only hits after a complete saturation with knowledge and a good selection of skills have been developed.  That's when the fun begins.

Thanks ladies, you all are so kind. I just am so excited it also fits well, I have made things before that just didn't work. I put it on my daughter this morning and it looks just how I'd planned. The neckline kind of becomes the sleeves, if you know what I mean
