This is from the 4th of July and its way more patriotic than I usually do! I used Pillsbury's reduced sugar chocolate cake with the vanilla icing and it tasted alright. For the carb/calorie comparison Id stick with a moderate portion of full blown cake instead. Just my opinion though Wink

I love the creativity(Plus i LOVE fruit!). This is something i have to copy from ya for next year. Wink I've also seen a canada flag cake been created too with whip cream as the icing and sliced strawberries to make the flag and leaf.
