I love that painting! It's so friendly, it would be really great to have on your wall, it would make me smile every time I looked at it.

*runs around in circles* I got my stuffs!!!

The loot!: Gryffindor scarf, hogwarts crest patch, initialed Gryffindor mittens, candy from Honeydukes, Hedwig bag.

Mittens with my initials on them. My husband saw them and said they were his too (we have the same initials) lol. You can see the Hogwarts crest patch in there too & some of my candy, candy, candy!

Front of my Hedwig bag

Back of the bag which says: "Do not pity the dead, Harry. Pity the living, and, above all, those who live without love." -Albus Dumbledore. & seriously, it got me teary-eyed. Cause I love Hedwig.

My new bad-ass scarf. Which I'm really glad to have gotten, cause when I finished the Ravenclaw scarf for greenapples, I *really* wanted one.  Cheesy

I'm totally taking all of this to work tomorrow to show off to my co-worker who's as crazy about HP as I am. I love all of it! Greenapples is a GREAT swap partner!

There's been some incredible stuff here!

I have to say that the painting is amazing, knickertwist!  You need to post it in the Art and More section.  Really. Smiley

The Ravenclaw diadem (sp?) was a great idea too!  How cute!

Whileywoo - I didn't think that anyone said 'jammycow' now.  I just love british slang and that's one of my favorites. Grin

Update:
There's yet more loot to post!  I missed one of the packages in the box and totally freaked out Knickertwist who worried she hadn't included it (sorry about that, Knickertwist, I hope you weren't too worried!).  I got my very own personalized stationary set, 4 wizard postcards, and a fountain pen!  The postcards are really, really impressive.  They look totally authentic.  I can't wait to write everyone with my awesome new goods!

The postcards:

The backs are just like a regular postcard with the line down the middle.

The stationary:

It's kinda hard to see in this pic, but the envelope has the quote "Wit beyond measure is man's greatest treasure." lightly written across it.  It has my address on the bottom of the stationary and on the envelope and my name at the top of the stationary (hence the bad photoshopping Wink).  Seriously awesome!

So after I took the pictures and posted I went and made dinner. I forgot and left the candy on the bed. One of my dogs got into one of the pop rocks bags and got it all over the bed! So we're washing the sheets now. LOL. Apparently whichever pup got it did not like pop rocks.

I can just imagine what they thought, "OMG! It's sugary and good but it's doing weird stuff in my mouth!"

Hahaha - oh my! That would have been funny to watch, but poor pup!

I am SOOO glad that you like everything and that you'll be able to get use of it all Smiley

Our scarves are the reason I giggled when I opened my package from you - you know as well as I the tediousness of those scarves after they reach a certain length!.

Oh - and that patch that I sent - it almost ended up on your scarf, but decided to send it on it's own at the last minute Smiley

Again, everything looks great! I am in love with the stationary and post cards as well as the owl tote. Super cute!

I also am very impressed with the wizard painting. I am not at all skilled at that type of art work, it is utterly amazing!
