After some of y'all talked about the capelet this morning, it piqued my interest so I knit it up in my downtime.  It was superquick and fun once I figured out to drop every YO I ever encountered (I have either read the instructions poorly or it only tells ya to drop certain rows of em, I'm not quite sure).

But here's a look.  I'm a notoriously bad photographer and didn't feel like actually getting out of my jammies today.

If anyone needs any help with this, ask away.  It went pretty smoothly though.

Ooh, great job! I like the look of this project in the book, and yours came out looking just like it does in the book! Love it!

It looks great!  This is my #1 pick to make from this book, so I'm really glad to see how yours came out.  which yarn did you use, just out of curiosity?

I used the Merino frappe requested in the book.  I happen to have a ton of it lying around because it feels great and i pick up a ball almost every time I hit the particular LYS that has it.

If you can find it, I'd really recommend using it because it is just delightfully airy.

thanks. our whole bedroom is that color.  After years of renting, my husband and I rebelled against beige.  Everything is saturated.
