Taking a break from the onesies, yes, but not the embroidery!  I decided to stick with my felt patch idea, and I stitched the Lady of Guadalupe from the Dia de los Muertos patterns.

I had this great vintage floral fabric that I've been saving for just the perfect project, and this was it!  I'm very happy with how it turned out.

Thanks for looking!

Amy

What a great fabric! It brings childhood Technicolor memories back. Love how you matched the embroidery colors to the fabric.

Great project!  I love all the colors.  I've enjoyed your onsies as well.  Do you use anything special for felt?  Or does will any old felt do?

Yes I am guilty of loving the felt.  It's so cute, every time.

I've just been using acrylic craft felt, sold at any craft store.  Wink
