So I was inspired! by all you at craftster who make wonderful things out of XXL tshirts.  I tried to make a dress, and it didn't turn out so well.  Anywhoodle, I sat around trying to think of something to make out of it so as to justify my $8 purchase of two tshirts, one of whom actually fit me pretty well.  So I made a tshirt for my puppy, Cheese.  It is Butterick 4048.

Action shot: "Come'on, mom, I just want to chew up this toilet paper roll!"

From the front.  It is so big! I made a size small and ended up having to take a couple inches off the sides.  I rolled up the sleeves too, they are very long.

Was this a shameless bid to get you all to look at my cutie?  Probably. Grin

Haha!  I like the wide neck and rolled sleeves, it gives it a retro 80s/Flashdance kind of feel.  Which is appropriate for a dog named Cheese.  Wink

I thought it was pimpin', being all big.  I would love to hang a big glittery dollar sign around his neck but he would just eat it.

He's a Papillon, pronounced Pappy-yon.  It's french for butterfly, so named because of the giant butterfly like ears.  He's still a puppy (about 4 months), so maybe the shirt will fit him when he grows a bit.
