I botched the quilting, but had fun using scraps. I hope to some day have the patience to try one of her quilts.

Not long at all- maybe a couple of hours spread over different days. In fact, I didn't even bother enlarging the pattern pieces, I just guess-timated the quilting. And everything was scrap material, except the pompoms, so it was cheap, too.
