I've been so obsessed with Death Note lately, it's ridiculous. Grin I finished the anime series a few weeks ago, and I watched both movies. In a row. Then re-watched them the next day. I swear my Death Note art/fanfic/wallpaper/avatar collection size exceeds my music folder, which is saying something. (Of course, there's the Death Note music too, and the fonts and... you get the idea. Tongue )

Soooo, I thought, why not combine two of my obsessions? (Well, three if you count the 'net... Tongue four including L, he's a separate obsession >.> xD) Craftster + Death Note = Amazingly Awesome Death Note swap?

I know there are some Death Note fans here... We'd need an organizer. If there's enough interest, sign-ups in mid August... maybe closing on August 31st because that's when the director's special comes out? (Or not, my weird ideas again. Grin Tongue ) We could craft everything from apparel to Death Notes of our own, stationery sets, the sky's the limit!

If you'd be at all interested in the swap, please please please post and get all your DN-loving friends here too! Grin

Haha, this looks a REALLY weird idea for a swap if you don't know what Death Note is Tongue
I was like, "Is that even legal?!"

LOL, sirensrising! Tongue

Burntmuffin, sure you can! I'm in Canada too, and I plan to be a part of it, so why not? Cheesy If we can't get enough interest, we could expand to include a few other less-known-but-awesome animes. Ooooh, what episode are you on now? Grin

ihhhh! how come no one responded to this!?
I would sooo have loved to be in it, but I've never swaped before and I live kinda too far off, it'd just get way to expensive...
but man, this was a fantastic idea!

(though I'm not as big fan of the anime as I am of L himself ^^ Ionly watched like.. say the first 25 episodes -_-)

I hear there's never really a whole lot of interest in specific anime centered swaps. there wasn't much interest in a sailor moon swap when the idea was brought up either. maybe you'd have more luck signing up for a general anime/manga swap, and just ask to have all death note related stuff made for you?

i usually see top is 25 when they have a number .. other times they have unlimited .. but im sure maybe we can have a small swap like 10 people an then if more people come then yay for us

ive never heard of death note.. but i do like some anime! yeah i think a general anime or manga swap would be better, if numbers are limited.

i like the studio ghibli movies  Smiley and grave of the fireflies.. and boy who saw the wind.. eee

and i may and or may not like pokemon.
