I crocheted this for my little fur baby today. Unfortunately, it 's too small for him. I guess next time I will check my gauge! I used good old RHSS. Usually he likes posing for pics, but he really hates this tuxedo.

Here's the front before I put buttons on it...

Here's the back....

Here you can tell it is too small and he doesn't like wearing it....

And here's the back with tails...

Oh gosh, that is way too cute! Oh gosh, oh gosh! I don't know which is cuter. The tux or the dog!

I'd love to make one for my own baby.

Hey! Maybe you cold figure out some way to put some ruffles in the breast area (like the good ole '70's dumb and dumber style tuxes) that could help with covering up the gap and maybe making it fit better... Plus I think Oliver would like it better that way! He seems like he likes things with a little more flair!!!  Grin

Nice job though, very creative!

Thanks for all the comments! Javastain, that's a great idea about the ruffles. I'll have to try that because I still want him to be classy and have a tuxedo for those special occasions...

Life isn't complete 'til you crochet a uterus for a friend.  Just make sure your fallopian tubes point down and not up! No one needs to lose an eye this way! Wink
