I love this idea....I've been saving rolls for months.

Here's mine, I covered it with some old Ikea curtains.
I definately want to try a square one now.  I just need to find a way to attach it to my tv, because there is no place to set it down in front.

I don't see why that wouldn't work.  It's the same concept, no?  I would love to see the results of that!  Please post if you do make one with the toblerone boxes Cheesy

Wow, how many Toblerone would you have to eat to make that?   Shocked  Guess it depends on the size of your TV!

aliclimb, I can't speak for craftwitch, but I've never had a problem consuming chocolate...though it might just be due to the fact that I'm a chocoholic Wink  I think it's doable Grin

I'm SO IN LOVE with this!  I can't wait to try it out!  I'm got tons of old cardstock-ish trype papers/carboards, lying around, waiting for their turn to be crafted. Now I just have to find a box that will fit in front of the TV  *walks off to get started on her pixelator!*

Anybody seen this?
http://thegrumpyowl.blogspot.com/2005/12/channel-666.html

Apparently it's a new plastic clip on device, which you have to buy, that does this same thing. $25 bucks and up. (Though, rereading some comments to this thread apparently they've been around a while. )
I found it via Boingboing.net ( http://www.boingboing.net/2005/12/16/groovetube_makes_tv_.html ) so I think I'll be sending them a link to this thread...
