So, I'm nearing the finish line for this cropped hoodie that I'm making for my 9 year old daughter.  The shape is modeled after this style of shirt (just the brown hoodie part, not the striped shirt underneath):

I'll be done with it tonight.  This is my very first completely original pattern and it's been a real b*tch.  Making up patterns is really freaking hard!!  Anyhoo, I've been writing down the pattern as I go and taking pictures along the way so if there's any interest, I'll go ahead and make up the tute.  I'm just fishing first because I don't want to waste my time making the tute (which would obviously be a free pattern) if no one's interested, ya know?  So, let me know if you guys are interested!  Thanks!

Oooo I would be interested! Is it just going to be little girl sizes or will you have adjustments for adults? Either way, I could always make one for my 9 year old niece Cheesy it would look way cute! Cant wait!

There will always be people who say mean words  because you are different, and sometimes their minds cannot be changed. There are many more people who do not judge others based on how they look or where they are from. THOSE are the people whose WORDS truly matter.

Ohhhh, sweet Lord!!!!!  I had the whole thing finished minus half the hood when I discovered an issue with the sleeves (namely that the way they're seamed causes the wearer great pain-or so says my daughter "ow mom, it hurts, it hurts, take it off!!!").  I'm gonna try to remedy that and then I'll post the tute.  Should be done sometime this weekend.  Stupid sleeves Angry Cry  As for the question about having adjustments for adults, hmmm.  Perhaps.  If I can figure it out, haha!  If not, I would think that it'll be fairly easy to size up by changing to a bigger hook and bigger yarn.  We shall see!!

I definitely am interested. My 10 year old daughter spends most of the winter months wearing hoodies to school.
