Yes, the US has some leeway about naming roads--as long as they are registered (so they can check for other roads with the same name), you can get creative.  I know one person who was required to name their driveway (they live in a very rural area)--her hubby and son were thinking up weird things like Stinking Tree Way, etc.  They waited too long, so she filled in the form with their last name! LOL.

The alley across from me is called Milky Way, and the street that's beside my building is called Joe Shuster Way. (Metropolis is really Muddy York, not New York).

I will be out of contact Saturday and Sunday because I'm going up north with my mum. If you PM me anything I'll probly get back to you on Monday in the evening.

And Aslo: I received from my secret craftster!

Mystery Package of Mysteriousness, note the sneekiness of covering the usual place for return addresses with customs sticker. And the back where she was forced (I'm sure) to write a return address.

And inside! It's an altered tin and dangly earrings. Woo! (the earrings were in the tin). The drawing is mine, and the saying is a bit of a joke around school, usually a rebuttle for when one doesn't want to do an excercise.

Inside the tin (an excellent size for cont):

Action shot!

I received!  I pulled a package out of my mailbox this morning with a return address in Virginia, but no name.   hmmm, no other clues included in the package though...

Inside was a messenger style canvas bag with a lovely swirly elephant painted on it.  I love elephants!  I am guessing that this design was free-handed, so I'm off to search out an artist amongst us!  lol

over all shot of the bag.  The elephant is up against the side seam of the bag...

Close-up of the swirly style

Thank you! I love it, and so does my 3.5 year old DD.  She has claimed it for the day.

it depends if they just did the painting on it then it could be a small (granted it a large small  Cheesy)...you can find canvas courier bags here for cheap and most of the artist people i know can whip up a sketch in no time Smiley  awesomely talented crafter though!  for me whether an item is large or small has a lot to do with how much i enjoy working on it!
