It's not a lame question at all.

You don't turn the work, you just keep working continuously in a circle. Once you're at the end of row 1, for example, you just keep going, just start counting for row 2. It's like a spiral. Does that help?

Here's my octopuses (octopi?)  I decided to make a two sisters.  One is living in my craft room, and the other I'm giving to a friend.

He's kind of an understated, shy little octopus...I think he didn't entirely want his picture taken as he scuttled across my dresser, but I was too quick for him.
