My friend JAKart introduced me to card-making a few months ago, and I've become a little bit addicted! I love the different textures and colours of paper, matching them all up, punching shapes out, arranging and gluing and sticking.

Here are a few of my creations:

The light in those two is horrible, I'm sorry! I didn't realise until i went to post this.

I really really loved this card when I made it. I am seriously in love with that translucent leaf paper.

This was a failed first attempt that I "fixed" this week - it was awful and flat and ordinary when I first did it, and I smudged the stamp (on the pink card) - so I stuck over it! Hah!

This is probably my favourite from the latest bunch. It's definitely the one I spent the most time on - and I broke the flower holepunch on it! Sad

So pretty! The last one is my favorite, too. I especially like the leaves on the front!

Your cards are absolutely beautiful!  The recipients will be lucky to receive one.

I got into cardmaking recently and yes, it is addicting and soooo much fun.

Lovely bags, clutches, and home decor!

I like the blue one with the leaves as well. They're all so pretty!  Cheesy The decoration on the inside is really nice...it makes it way more personalized...than it already is... Roll Eyes

Beautiful cards. I love how you cut the corner off the one card. It gives it a unique look. I never thought of doing that!

Thankyou for the kind words.

Penguin, I couldn't really get into it either, until I found some papers that I just fell in love with (and I always have loved mixing and matching colours). My first few cards were basically pretty coloured rectangles overlaying each other - then I started using hole punches, and lately I've started to look at stamps and stickers. Still not sold on them though.
