What is black patina, and where do I find it??  I love aged/distressed looking things!!

how in the world do you get them so smooth? All my soldering ends up rough looking.

I'm so glad you guys like them! I love to solder. Patina is a chemical you can brush on solder to make it change color. They sell it in black and copper and I believe I've seen green too.

As far as smooth soldering..I just get a good melt going to use a 1/2 inch chisel tip soldering iron and just paint the sides. In the beginning I've had some rough ones, but I'm getting better!

Yeppers..I found these tiny playing card decks at Wally World. I bought the POTC ones and a set of Dora ones lol but the Dora ones really didn't have any cool pics on them.
