I just finished these today and HAD to show them off!

Pattern: Unst from Knitting on the Road by Nancy Bush.
Yarn: Knitpicks Gloss in burgandy
Needles: US 1s for the leg and 0s for the ankle and foot.
Notes: I did the ribbing pattern version of the lace pattern all the way down the leg to make sure they'd fit super-tight and stay up. I also wasn't really looking at the directions when it came to the foot so I guess I did the top of the foot differently, though I don't really care. I also did a standard toe decrease instead of the 5-point star decrease Nancy is so fond of (I really despise it). I am not the first person to do this pattern as knee-highs, there is another craftster somewhere out there whom I am incapable of tracking down at the moment who made herself a pair and gave me the idea.

However cute the shoes are, they are horrid to wear! But they were only $10 so I can't complain much, right?

Those are gorgeous!  They look just fabulous, how long did it take you?  How much yarn did it take?  How long did it take you?  Enough questions?  Smiley
