riario and atsuko:  The embellishments are pretty much OOAK since I didn't use (or make) any templates for them Tongue 
If you guys are still interested in a mini-tutorial for the clippie bit, I could try to describe the process!

groschveux, thanks for the link!!  I wish I had seen that before I started making them for my niece!  Mine are done a little differently, but I think the end result is very similar!!  I'll have to try one using the method outlined in the tutorial!!

ooh! I love them, I have to make some, they look so simple, use up a little extra yarn... *brain churning with feverish activity*
I have so many ideas, and I think I can figure out how to make them. Do you knit the 'sleeve', cut a hole in the back and push the front of the clippie through, leaving the back outside?

Actually, the felt sleeves are not knitted Smiley  They're just plain old wool/acrylic felt sheets that you purchase at the craft shops Smiley
