I vote for an extention, my roll of film was taken by the police today.

There must be a very interesting story in this one little sentence...

Ooohhh - now I'm curious!  I hope all is well!!!!

ME TOO!!!  lol  I went a little crazy today photographing my cave...

I was taking a photo of the new building I am going to work in and the police came and were jerks and took my roll of film and they are going to charge me with something (I can't remember what because I know I wasn't doing anything wrong) if my story of why I was photographing doesn't match up with the images.

I also gave him my field journal so he can read the titles of the photos once they are developed.  Plus, I talked to my boss and she didn't care I was there and she called the owner of the property to tell him the story and that it was okay with her that I was there and he was okay with it.

Pretty much the officer was just a big jerk.

Apologies to whoever were upset by my absent.  I was in and out of the hospital from December 2007 until June 2008.

Other than the heat index here being 110 degrees, no Smiley

Sorry to hear you're having bad weather!

You MUST be in the deep south too!  It's been too hot to even WANT to take pictures.

Danceisthenewmosh, sorry Officer was a Pain.  I hope you either a) get your camera/film back or b) get even better pictures on the new one!

I'd be okay with a send-out extension. A few extra days would be great, but not neccessary.

Alright awesome. This is my senior year, so we have a whole encyclopedia of paperwork. How does an extra week sound?
And, danceisthenewmosh, I hate it when they do that. I know not all cops are horrible, but the ones that are give the whole force a bad name. Jerks. >.<

An extension would definitely help me. Finishing the roll in my camera has taken a bit longer than expected and also school is starting soon.  Bah! I'm not ready to go back to school.

The film no, because I gave him the film I didn't have to give him my camera and I don't need the journal back, it was just a pad of paper, I have more.

Yup! I went out at 8:30 PM to take photos and it was still in the high 90's, yeesh Embarrassed

My birthday is on the 28th too! It'll be my 25th. You should join the August babies birthday swap Wink

Sorry to hear about your incident, danceisthenewmosh. 9-11 happened while I was at school in Savannah and it just happened to be the day before I began my Photography 101 class. After that you couldn't take pictures hardly anywhere without being considered terroristic Roll Eyes Maybe that's why he was being a jerk.
