I have been on an embellishing binge.  I just finished this skirt - it's a kids size 14 with a pink gingham birdie on a flannel branch.

Sweet!  I've been trying to come up with ideas to recon for my 11yo neice since it's so hard to find "appropriate" clothes for pre-teens these days.  Thanks for posting and giving me one more idea for her!  Smiley

Thanks! I've been scouring Goodwill lately for decent denim skirts and jackets to embroider and applique on, it's so fun!
