okay, so we are moving out shortly (2 weeks) and gettting very excited.  We got rid of lots of stuff and heading to Missoula for my hubby to attend law school and for me to devleop my crafting business on land and on the web.  I am wondering if there would be interest out there for a local hip craft show. I have experience in "event" planning and would be interested in organzing one if there are enough people wanting to participate. Perhaps a Christmas show after turkey day?  I am also considering a small store front space or sharing something that can function as a studio and selling space... any ideas?  lots of questions....

any help/leads would be appreciated.  I think for some of this stuff it will be better and easier to do once we are there. okay, tired, finished sewing 40 skirts, and heading to bed.

Okay.. so I am here now and have enjoyed 2 weekends of selling at the people's market.  Lots of good  people out here.  I have found just about every thrift and second hand store in town...perhaps I can leave the city limits and check out the other cities in the area soon.

I am looking to organize a X-mas craftmas show/fair  for sometime after thanksgiving.  I am hopeing to pound a little pavement this week to get some info on local shops that may want to help sponsor/organize it. In WI we had a cool fair at a local bar from 9am-2pm and it worked out well for both, as long as there is no smoking.   any ideas out there?  anyone interested.  I think a booth space would be around $50 or so, depending on location.  Post if you are interested.

I will be starting a full-time job this week to be back up for my crafting biz and to support the hubby in law school... less loans, hopefully Smiley

I know that there are people checking the Montana craftster, so speak up...
