Hello! This is the first sewing project I have made from a pattern. It is McCall's M5390 and it is pattern C.
I wanted to make this cute 50s style skirt for our trip to Memphis.
Please pardon the ridiculous facial expression (I really don't know where it came from!!) and really bad hair in the second shot... I got home from work and was non stop working to finish this up!!
I think it turned out pretty well, except I used too short a zipper so it has to go on over my head (oops) and the high waist might be difficult for me to wear too long. I hope you like it!
