I saw the advert for that crossstitch and almost ran out immediately to hunt for it, even though I knew it would no longer be in the shops. There is also one for the ninth doctor and I think now for jack...but I never did have enough patience for elaborate crosstitch.

Love the TARDIS notebook too, such cute fabric. Fingers crossed my parcel arrives so it can be picked up Tuesday.

thanks guys!

i got the chart from the magazine Cross Stitcher - the first issue i'd bought for years...i have also seen it on the web somewhere, maybe on outpost gallifrey.

i think that there must be more than 1 for DT because there's a cute DVD extra i've seen where he talks to his mum about one that she has.

i would looooove to see one for jack!

Where is it??? It's already been a month and two days. Stupid international mail! I called Canada Post to yell at them and they said they can't do anything until the package has been in transit for 2 full months.

After a long delay that was entirely my fault, I came home yesterday to find a box roughly the size of my college dorm room from sophomore year (a glorified closet, but a single).   Tongue

Inara spoiled me rotten!

8 magnets: (apologies for the flash reflection)

Finger puppets:

Doctors #4 and #10, Romana 1 (?), a Cyberman, and Martha.  Doctor 4 is wearing a little scarf that looks like it was hand-knitted on eensy little needles.

Torchwood drinking glasses (she sent 4, I only took a pic of one):

And, last but certainly not least, K-9!

My stuffed cat Romana isn't quite sure what to make of him:

Thank you so much, Inara!!   Cheesy

Edit: I forgot to mention that she also sent jelly babies.  Great minds think alike - I sent her jelly babies too.   Tongue

I managed to borrow a computer to get my pics of my lovely goodies from TheCraftyCat posted:

From left, there's two pads of psychic paper (one for me, one for DH), two TARDIS keys, a set of plastic-canvas quote magnets, a great TARDIS tissue box cover, and my personal favorite, knit celery! ?(so much better than the real stuff)

And of course, Jelly Babies (great minds think alike, eh?)

Seriously, I love the celery.  It's just awesome, and I love that I get to explain to friends who've only seen the new series what celery has to do with Dr. Who.

Love the his and hers keys and psychic paper Smiley

Anyway I can't contain my excitement anymore. My DB opened the door and I immediately started nagging him to hand over my parcel (it was delivered to his work). So after copying them off my camera (using DB's TARDIS USB hub of course!) I have the pictures ready. So here are the FANTASTIC goodies I received.

First the box as it first appeared to me...what shinies awaited?

The first thing I pulled out, before even reading the intro card was the magnets. Dr Who tea quotes! Thus combining both my loves (with a very dishy Tennant I might add). Also in the photo the set of magnets with my favourite aliens and humans on Cheesy When I started putting them out in a row DB said "oooh I was just thinking we needed some fridge magnets" So they will be put to good use.

Left in the box (because my sheets were too dark for them to show up well) a soft and cuddly Dr Who pillow (so snuggly) and a brilliant TARDIS set of drawers. I am going to have to find a prominent place to put it so I can see it often. And some Saskatoon Berry "jam type spread" I am dying to try as I have no idea what it might taste like.

Finally last but NOT least his and hers t-shirts!
I forced DB to try his on and am sat in mine, they both fit huzzah! (unfortunately the weather turned cold this morning so I will have to hide the loveliness in a bit under a jumper but it is worth freezing for now).

Thank you Yamwam! I absolutely adore everything! I must go now and find more people to fangirl squee at  Grin Grin Grin
