Inspired by noxenlux and her FABULOUS hats, I went out searching for a book on how to make them. I found one called Saturday Night Hat. And check out what I made!!

   

It has a comb on the underneath for holding it in the hair. This was fun to make!! Now I've got to make some more!

Oh, that came out really well!  I just borrowed that book from the library and this was one of my favorite hats out of it.  (The toast one cracked me up, too. Grin )  I only made a few of the berets from there for myself..  Nothing worth showing, really.  You did an awesome job, though.  it looks really cute!


I liked the book, but when my husband saw it he shouted out, "Hat from New York... It's Saturday Night!"  It took me a minute to get it (Saturday Night Live - Saturday Night Hat) but now I think of that every time I see the book and it makes me giggle.

Ok you literally made me LOL!!! Now I'll have that image when I see my hat! hehehe Thanks for the compliments! I wanna make that toast one, it's a riot!

I'd love to see your beret's. I think I may try to tackle one of those next. I made a monkey tonight, just going off the Hello Kitty pattern, it turned out ok, but my monkey looks sad. Sad I think maybe he's going to get a fez hat.  Grin A hat for my hat! lol
