Great stuff.  I'm loving the rompers and have now added them to my "must try" list.  Oh and the expression in the second kimono picture is so cute and sassylike.  (can boys be sassy, or is there another word for that?).  Either way, i love it.

He is so adorable, oh gosh. especially in those kimono pictures!  The rompers are really cute! I would have thought that the shirt fabric wouldn't have been stretchy enough.  Go figure!

it's not stretchy, and you don't have that extra fabric at the crotch like you would if you cut out a pattern, that's why the first one ended up too short.  i suppose i could go to a lot more trouble and try to figure that out, but i couldn't do it easily so i just lengthened it.
if you look you can see that it still pulls in at the crotch a little, but it's long enough not to matter and really only shows when he's standing perfectly still - which lucky for us is rare!   Wink
