Hey,

I'd really like to start making some rockabilly clothing for myself (nothing seems to come in my size). I've looked through tons of pattern books at the craft stores and can't seem to find anything. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to look?

Thanks!

this website called rustyzipper.com has a lot of vintage patterns, from 40s to 70s...maybe you can find something there.

Often I've found it's easy to take a basic pattern with the lines you want and change up the fabric and trims (both in color and style) and come up with the look I'm after. Vintage patterns are also really great.

Stop being so damned positive. Staring at the sun only blinds some one. By only looking at the positive, you miss an entire beautiful world of shadows and colors. Don't be overly negative, be realistic. The world is so much more complex and beautiful that way.
