Thank-you gift for grandma who did my ENTIRE wedding?

My grandma has been a total angel during my wedding. buying and altering my wedding gown, picking out and sewing my bridesmaid dresses. Paying for food and most of the whole shebang. She has also lent me money when I was in a bind in the past, and I wanna do something to thank her for always being there in my life for me. She likes:

-sewing
-crime dramas (like cold case, and bones)
- the PAX TV show, Doc.
- books
- she does the video dept of my church (send out tapes of services and transcripts them)
- cooking
- gardening

any ideas on what I should do for her?

Maybe a gardening kit would be nice. Or a DVD of her favorite show

maybe you could spend a day or two with her - like a ... getaway type thing where you cook together, garden in the afternoon, and watch some crime dramas after dinner you could provide all of the supplies like the dvd's, new pretty plants, or stuff like that.
