As for the bangs, [Try it with a swatch, because I've never tried it and you wouldn't want to ruin it, lol] could you hold them down and steam them using an iron or something?

Ooh- is she from TOYS TO KNIT? I have that book and have YET to make something from it. You did a magnificent job... I adore her ballet slippers! And great job on her hair (I always have the WORST time with the hair)! Beautiful beautiful doll!

yes  i did follow a pattern but the shoes where my own with a little help from the original pattern

yes she is with the exception of the shoes they are knitted and in teh book they tell you to do them crochet...... i think!!!!! i dont have the book any more......
