mostly from the pattern for errol from alison hansel's AMAZING book charmed knits projects for fans of harry potter. i have practically memorized her enchanting descriptions and witty magical knitting comments.

HEDWIG by i took a picture i was sick of motion, on Flickr

check check check check her out.
i am afraid the picture does not do her much justice.
comments would be charming!

I CANNOT FRICKIN WAIT FOR HARRY POTTER # 7!!!! (knitting harry potter stuff is the only thing keeping me sane i swear!)

also note that this owl was knit under the influence of the spectacular band Harry and the Potters.

So cute...

How do you like that book? I'm hoping my library buys one cause I really don't need instructions on scarfs and stuff, but that Hedwig is really sweet. I want to make one too.

I'm all excited. I'm supposed to be studying for a test (the test is on the 22nd) and I can't concentrate.  Someone JKR posting on her site saying "In a very short time you will know EVERYTHING!" makes me even more excited. Smiley

Cute!

I too am completely cracking up in anticipation of the book.  I have become pretty much incapable of having a discussion on anything but Harry Potter.
