Why?
Because the eco-friendly shopper in me has long been wanting a shopping bag that would be easy to stuff in my ever-so-trendy-but-too-small handbags and would not endanger the life of sea turtles (you know plastic bags kill them, don't you?).

It is my own pattern and I'm writing it down... soon  Roll Eyes

The little purse is attached to the filet bag and holds it when unused (youcan see it empty next to the handle)

Love the bag! I made a similar one using the pattern off of the sugar and cream label.  However, I made it without thinking about "stretch-age" and when it was filled with groceries, it looked a little bit like Santa's sack of toys on Christmas Eve.   Shocked I mean it was HUUUUUUGE.   On Dasher! On Dancer! On Prancer......
