hello everyone!

i'm new here at crafster, and this is my first finished craft and post! so please if i mess up a bit, please do forgive me  Tongue

i was inspired by this tutorial by tamagotchi who made a "UNknitted version" of a totoro hat: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=72078.30

the only difference is that i just hand sewn everything because alas i do not have a sewing machine  Cry (though i do have the handistitch  Wink) and that i used felt for my totoro's whiskers.
also, my totoro's eyes are way too big and he looks more like a southpark character than an anime character  Grin

it is consisted of wool from an old sweater my dad shrunk (lol  Roll Eyes), felt, and thread. enjoy! ^^ i would love the hear what you think Cheesy

me wearing it lol:

p.s. i dont even know why i decided to sew a winter hat in the middle of july. haha must be totoro love <3

Edit: I stupidly deleted my Xanga & forgot that I had the original images hosted there, so all I have is this tiny pic of me wearing my beloved Totoro hat Sad Enjoy!
