I'm in the process of revamping my craft room/den and wanted to be able to display my collection of knitting needles and also make them easily accessable.

Since I also had lots of vintage charms, beads, buttons and rhinestones I figured this would be a good way to toss them into the mix, too.

One of the containers is an old jam jar and the other one used to be a pencil cup. Smiley

The inside of both containers is lined with felt as to not dull the needles.

Awesome!!   I keep my needles in a red plastic cup, I think you've inspired me to upgrade.

That is a perfect way to use your favortive charms, beads, buttons and rhinestones. Now you get to look at them everyday.  Grin

What did you use to hold them on?  I tried etching a can and using a glue gun a while back, but it didn't hold up.
