Hi! New to Craftster and sewing.

Hi!  I'm relatively new to sewing (took it in hs, my mom was an avid seamstress when I was growing up) and I can spend hours upon hours here.  I'm living in Arizona with my husband and almost 9 yr old son, and I teach 5th grade.

I forgot to add my previous hobbies: jewelry making (couldn't really get into it, loved selecting beads and whatnot-didn't care for putting it together),  and cooking and baking (not failures, but certainly not successes!).  I'd like to start making marble magnets with images from old children's books.  I also love anything pin-upish, retro, vintage, etc...I'm also a fanatic for thrifting and garage sale-ing.  Love those treasures!
