What started out as a simple (pillowcase type) bag for a present that was awkward to wrap ended up with a flat bottom with removeable plastic wrapped base and pockets inside and out .
Stripes may make it easier to line things up but they make your brain melt

thanks.  my friend was as happy with the bag as the contents, and her daughter wants me to show her how to make one.  Always nice to bring someone new into the sewing fold!
