I made the most wonderful frozen chocolate coffee today. I hope this is the right place to post this. I've been trying to get just the right mix of coffee/milk/ice cream for the longest time. This has been my favorite.

3/4 cup extra strong coffee
2 cups ice
1 cup milk
1/4 cup chocolate ice cream
a little bit of vanilla extract

Throw it all in the blender, and make it smooth. I topped mine with whipped cream, maybe next time I'll use caramel or hazelnut syrup. Crushed Oreo cookies might be good on top also.

We used to have a shop that made delicious espresso milkshakes. It's gone now and I haven't been able to make a satisfactory version for myself. I will try your recipe--substituting vanilla for the chocolate. I don't like mocha.
