Our craft club is heading down to Buffalo in a couple of weeks and would love some advice from local crafters about where to shop for jewelry making supplies and other crafty things.
We found 2 Joann's locations online - Transit Rd in Williamsville and Military Rd in Niag. Falls.  Is one better than the other?
Which Target store is the biggest or best in the area?
We also found some listings for bead stores - Bead Gallery and Bead Creative.  Would you recommend either or both?
Also, advice on how to bring all the stuff we buy back across the Canadian border without having to pay duty and taxes on all of it!  Just kidding, hee hee.
We don't have a Cracker Barrel in Canada, so we can't wait to have brunch there.

Hi there, Hope I'm not too late.  Go to the Joanns Etc. store on Niagara falls Blvd. in Amherst.  The other two you listed are smaller stores, and not as fun.  There is a Target right near that store, or check out the one on transit rd in williamsville.  I don't know about Bead Gallery, but Bead Crative on Sheridan is a very nice bead shop, lots to choose from.

That's funny LindsayLuu, because we were there yesterday at the time that you posted your reply.  We had a great day and got tons of craft supplies.  Even better, when we crossed the border back into Canada, we were honest about how much we were bringing back and even though we were way over, the customs officer just told us to have a good evening and be on our way.  We'll be back again soon.
