A decorated corner of my living room...  three more to go.  :-)

How's it look?   Can anyone recommend any changes?

it does look great as it is but if you wanted to add a flourish you could always use a voile panel draped across, just one spread out at the top on a curtain wire and then tied to one side, that would look really smart.

It really does look great!  Very nice arrangement of your books!  I'm currently waiting for IKEA to open in my city in a few weeks so I can finally unpack my books onto a shelf and have been mentally considering arrangement options.

I'd like to see what it looks like with that vase under the table (if you have something to put in it that would be short enough) and the picture on the wall lowered.  I'm not actually suggesting you change it and post a pic, just that I would check out that option in my own space.

it looks great!
try a small rug? or a stool/chair, since there are books there, it seems more inviting

Wow. I wish I had a shelving unit like that. I think it looks great.

I wouldn't change a thing, the shelves and table go well together and the flower on top is a nice accent. The frame looks fine the way it is too, there is still enough wall to give the room a nice airy feel. The only thing that sticks out is the hefty statue/bust, it seems as if it is ready to topple out...

It would be interesting to see the rest of the room.
