Here's another one! It's the Ladybug Bobble washcloth. It's not on the list, but I saw a picture that someone had posted and did a quick Google search. I came across a chart that showed where to place the bobbles ( http://knotyournanascrochet.blogspot.co.nz/2012/01/ladybird-chart.html ). I added a border to it. Pretty easy, and it gives me ideas for other bobble-based "picture" washcloths Smiley

I love it!  I can't believe you are are past 50 cloths! Grin

Time to get new cotton colors to work on more cloths (I am actually making them larger now to use between the plates of my good china...they really pad them so the china does not get chipped in storage!)

Thanks! I gave it to my co-worker who helped me clean and organize my science closet this summer. She's a big ladybug fan and she loved it (she showed it off to all of her classes Smiley ).

And, good idea to use crocheted cloths as padding between the china! I'll have to remember that if I ever actually get a set of china (beyond  incomplete-and-doesn't-match-the-dining-room set of dishes my mom got at a flea market).

As for reaching the goal of 50, it "only" took me 5 years Wink

Thanks! And lately, I've been glad that I have such an abundance of dishcloths. I've been really trying to leave the sink empty at the end of the night, and for the past 3 nights, I've managed to do it. That also means that each night, I need to start with a new washcloth, but I have a drawer full of them!

I had all of the patterns for every washcloth pattern posted (I saved them all when I first started), but my backup hard drive crashed, so I may have permanently lost them all (it's only a problem for the ones that are no longer active links), which while sad, only makes me have to go on a quest for new patterns!

My washcloths came in handy over the holidays...I used a lot of them as potholders to place under hot foods! Cheesy

After the holidays, I want to make some fun patterns...like a Tardis washcloth...and I did buy a book of stitches for crochet and knitting...I want to practice so a swatch made into washcloths would be perfect!

I think I am up to 25 now... Cheesy

I've also been making potholders. Can I count them as wash cloths?! Or perhaps we could start another thread?

Some of my thicker washcloths have doubled as hotpads, but I don't think I've used any as potholders. I could stitch together 2 cloths that have a more dense pattern and make a potholder or two. I don't know how many I'd make, and if they were washcloth-based, I'd probably just count them here Smiley I don't think I could handle a potholder-along... I don't think I'd ever get finished Grin
