Everything posted the last few days looks great. I love the falling leaves! I got moved this weekend and wasn't on for a few days. I got some stuff unpacked. I need to find the cotton and crochet. I have the itch after 2 days of nothing except carrying boxes and priming walls.

Zelda.Suicide: All the almond back loops I make I have done on either and H/8 or I/9. They work up really fast that way and they come out a larger size. Yours looks really cute all tiny though!

Yea, that pattern (the basic one) used an I hook, but you only chain 22, so that's why it was so tiny, haha.

Now that I have hit 25, I will probably be making QUITE a few more of the almond back loop, I'm a big fan of the instant gratification crafting, spending so much time with a(n almost) two year old has given me the attention span of a 2 year old.  Though there are still a bunch of patterns on the list that I want to try that I haven't yet.

I finished cloth 12/50 today. It is the "Bushy Stitch" cloth, and it turned out looking very similar to the "Face Cloth".

I've *almost* finished up the 384585 skeins of Natural Ombre I had in my stash, so be prepared for some different colors from me soon...yay!  Cheesy

i just wanted to update... i'll add pics in a while! Smiley

I made 3 washcloths tonight, and have 6 from last week also to add to my tally.  That puts me at 9 Smiley

7 of the cloths are with a bobble-stitch, one is knitted with a crochet border (will that count?) and one is with a back hedge stitch (just tried that tonight!).

I attempted several cloths (both knitted and crocheted) yesterday but I just didn't like the results! :-/

I'm envious of everyone here

Okay, I have another one! Again, not a pattern on the list, but I wanted to try out something with a chart. I originally wanted to do a tapestry crochet, but I was too lazy to learn how to reverse crochet.

I got the chart for the seahorse (I hope you could tell that it was a seahorse) from here:

It's not perfect, but it was a learning experience, and I gave it to my mom and she loved it, so that's all that matters!

So now I am 2/50! Slowly but surely...

Hello,

I just joined Crafster this evening and was just browsing around the site.  I LOVE MAKING DISHCLOTHS/WASHCLOTHS!!!
I would love to join in on this.  WOW, 50 PATTERNS!  Oh my gosh, now gotta figure out which one I'm gonna make first, lol.
By the way, for a little introduction:  I live in TN and have been married to dh for 30 years.  We have 3 grown children, 2 sons and a daughter and 3 grandchildren.  I've been crocheting for about 38 years.  My mother taught me when I was about 12 years old. OOPS!!!  Telling my age now, huh?
Looking forward to getting to know ya'll better and getting involved here.
Hugs,
Betty in TN
