Oh, cool Mooshie! You're ahead of me and I joined a while back...so you should feel great about your cloths.  I've started my Christmas knitting and I'm sure it will include some washcloths to go with my handmade coffee soap!

I've been a slacker with this, but I have been super busy.  I do need to finish four dishcloths before Christmas and my aunt wants to hire me to knit some dishcloths for her after the new year.

I would have never thought of the Darrel Waltrip for socks.  I am using the pattern for a scarf though.

I love your dishcloths and swiffer cover Mooshie.

so I know I'm really late into this (I found this KAL looking for dish cloth patterns for christmas gifts, probably won't do 50) but is there any reason the jimsyldesign links aren't working? after seeing some of your creations from those patterns, I'd love to make a couple (specifically collande and would like to see some others) but I can't get to them Sad

It looks like Dishcloth Boutique has changed their URL slightly.....it's now:

Man... I've been a bad hostess!

I got way tied up in November for National Novel Writing Month... then when it was over I just kept writing.

Special thanks to Kayrun for bringing me back to life.

I'd like to do a Dishcloth-along for '08 but don't know how to go about doing that other than opening a new thread for it.  Will that work for everyone?

I might just recompile that last of patterns from scratch, because of the Dishcloth Boutique changing...

I think a new thread for 08 would be great!
<g>
Might get some interest from folks doing more crafting as a NY resolution, etc.....

Sure!  I'll join if you post the link here.  I made another cloth two days ago. Here's the pattern

Also, I crocheted a removable strap.  Rough pattern details on my Ravelry page, but you could always just make a foundation chain and make a strap out of that.

I still have Christmas knitting to finish, but I'm in for 08!  It'll be a good way for me to learn new stitches.

Finally, I have a couple to post:

I think this is the Wheatfields pattern.  I really like how it turned out.

This is the Charles Brocade pattern.  Not technically difficult, but requires too much concentration when trying to watch the newest Sigur Ros DVD at the same time Sad.

I am looking forward to '08 as well.  I hope to complete everything on the list.  Who knows, maybe for once I will live up to my ambitions (I'll try anyways).
