I bought this cool, dark denim book bag to carry around my knitting projects.  It retailed at $60, but I got it for $19.99 at Ross ("Discount High-Five"!).

I knitted up a felted lil' clutch to put some of my teensy knitting supplies in.  I like how it came out.  It was the first time I've ever sewn a zipper in ("Learning New Skills High-Five"!).  The flower was from an awesome pattern in One Skein Wonders (http://www.amazon.com/One-Skein-Wonders-Judith-Durant/dp/1580176453).  The pattern is "Monica's Flowers" page 68.

I love "One Skein Wonders"!!  It is the most awesome book!

The flower definitely makes the bag!  It's a great idea; I'm always losing tapestry needles and stitch markers.  (And congrats on your knitting bag bargain too  Cheesy)
