Yesterday I was stressed, so I cooked.  Smiley  I had a citrus marinated chicken breast, balsamic vinegar roasted asparagus, and a combo of long grain and wild rice.  Also grapes on the side and a nice glass of white wine.

Paula Deen's "Tastes Like Lasagna" Soup, possibly with a green salad. I'm pregnant and sometimes I can take the texture of lettuce, sometimes it grosses me out.

lazy night.  Hot dogs and noodles with cheese for the kids.  Summer sausage and noodles for the adults... I might even get the energy to open a can of corn.

today i made a laaarge pot of beef stew, just used minced beef because it was cheap, and had to roast my chopped potatoes and carrots as there was too much to fit in the pan, i had some for lunch, there's some in a baggy for my boyfriend when he gets in tonight and 7 (i think) more baggies in the freezer for future easy meals
tomorrow i shall make soup for same purpose

Bella i LOVE lazy meals and i always make too much, there's only 2 of us but the smallest number i can cook for appears to be 5  Undecided so i freeze the extra stuff then i can be super lazy and not cook a few times a week and just grab some baggies from the freezer
tomorrow i'm going to try and get 2 batches of soup done, some carrot and corriander and some pea and mint (both bulked out with potatoes of course)
