I invented what we are now dubbing the 'Mexi burger'  It's basically a homemade burger with onion, taco seasoning and cilantro added to the meat, instead of our usual montreal steak spice.  Then I whipped up some jalapeno cream cheese (which also has green onions, chives, salt, pepper and a bit of cayenne mixed in)  and I sandwiched it between two raw patties, toss em on the grill until they are done and hope for no leaks.  Then build your burger with tomato, cheese, onions and lettuce and spread the remaining cream cheese over your bun, and enjoy!

It is my fiancee's birthday today, so I'm making Italian Sausage and Tortellini Soup.  They are bringing garlic bread and ice cream for dessert.  Also chocolate cake.

This Saturday I'm making his second favorite meal, chicken potpie and someone else is doing dessert.

Her dirty paws and furry coat,
She ran down the forest slope.
The forest of talking trees,
They used to sing about the birds and the bees.
The bees had declared a war,
The sky wasn't big enough for them all.
