I've got some potatoes roasting in leftover confit oil and they smell amazing! I'm not sure what else to make. I'm thinking maybe tuna croquettes but I only have one egg. hmmm. Huh

MareMare, I love Dahl!  My mom learned how to make it from my godmother and it was one of the recipes I requested when I moved out on my own.  I bring it to work with me and it impresses my 2nd boss.  She's Egyptian, but was amazed that I knew how to make it, much less made it from scratch.

Yum! I love indian food! Did you make it with paneer?

Tonight I made 2 pizzas. One with asparagus and pesto and the other with garlic, chicken and spinach.

No paneer, it was just a super basic lentils plus the tempering oil that all the nummy spices are cooked in. The boyfriend and I love Indian food and go out to the Indian place we love for Valentine's day.

Does anybody watch Aarti's Party on Food Network? She has some great stuff!

A couple nights ago I made tapas.  Spanish tortilla, lemon garlic shrimp, roasted red pepper with onions, manchego-like cheese, olives, and bread.
