Both myself & mr crafty seperately brought cauliflower yesterday.  So due to cauli overload tonight is cauliflower cheese!

I think I'm going to make shrimp tempura tonight, with some onion rings and maybe sugar snap peas thrown in. Yum!!

Tonight I started with one of those boxed mixes.  I think it was a Tuna Alfredo something.  I added chopped olives and shredded parmesan and lots of white pepper.  Once it was cooked through I put it in an 8 x 8 pan topped it with some crumbled potato chips and cheese and baked it until the cheese was melted and a little crispy.  Yummy!  Smiley

teriyaki wings and lemon pepper wings with a side of coleslaw with a home made oil dressing last night, and tonight will be a baron of beef roast with potatoes, and carrots done in the slow cooker.
