Home made thin crust pizza with a roasted eggplant and zucchini salad.  I'll be making cookies tonight, too...

I have been working  extra hours at both jobs last several days so it's been mosly sandwiches, cereal, fruit, yogurt & stuff from freezer stash (soup, stew & pasta sauce).

I am EXCITED about dinner tonight  =) My Mom is on vacation & on Cape Cod for a few days, so tonight is LOBSTER ,just arrived in mail!!
Steamed lobster (I put a little vodka, sea salt & lemon in with water), grilled corn, boiled red potatoes, bread & butter.  =)   Can't wait!!

Yesterday, I made chana masaala for my parents, in celebration of their 25th wedding aniversary.  It was lovely, and I got to use powdered coconut milk.  So much fun!

Spicy Chicken Soup with a cheese casadea on the side and a peach for dessert.  Also, peach mango orange juice with dinner.

smashed potatoes laced with zuchinni, home grown sausage (not by me but a local farmer) and garden beets! (again, not my garden, but a local farmer!)  Yay for supporting the community!
