We had beef pot roast a la crock pot with lots of yummy carrots and potatoes.

Trekky~ thank you.  =) I have a Black & Decker electric food steamer, rather than a rice cooker. Now That I have it I wish I had gotten the multi level one, but I LOVE it!!
Rice turns out perfect, so do hard boiled eggs.

Tonight we all are getting out of work ealy, Blues Traveler is playing in town. Free concert. http://www.canalconcerts.com/    We are going to have a late lunch. Of chicken salad (grilled chicken shredded & diced, halved green grapes, granny smith apples cubed, a little mayo, a little sour cream, salt & pepper. over salad of lettuce sliced zuccini & baby spinach. With more grapes & strawberries.    Dinner will prob be what ever pork byproducts they are selling at the concert.

  Thank you ladies. Lunch was veery good on friday. The concert was alot of fun too. I took my 14 yr old neice, was her first concert. She loved it, she even caught a drum stick they threw into crowd!
Friday night we had dinner at show, I had a chicken kabob, was good. =) Grilled chicken, carrot & potato with a Honey BBQ sauce. Amd a couple Mike's hard LimeAides filled out my fruit requirewment for the meal. 
Saturday I made wraps for dinner. Big flour tortillas spread with port winne cheese spread, turkey, chipped green & black olives & shredded carrot. Had those with the veggies pasta salad.  Green grapes, strawberies & plums were for dessert.
Sunday we got Chineese take out. Manderin Chicken & steammed dumplings.
Tonight will be grilled chiken breast (marinating now in italian dressing w extra garlic & lime juice) veggie pasta salad. Grilled zuccini wedges too.  Fruit for dessert. (have to see what we have left, prob grapes & bananas)  Have to go to fruit stand tomorrow morning.  =)

We got alot of rain on Friday night late & on & off all day Sat. Sunday eve was perfect. We went to drive in. I had lots of "buttery" popcorn & milk duds.  My fav!!
