Funny you should ask. My lovely sister in law from the country, just brought me some yellow squash and cucumbers. So I now have my lovely squash in a pot which started with some carmelized oninons and a little bacon. I'll cook them down until the water is gone. I love yellow squash.  So we'll have that, some great sliced tomatos and cukes and whatever mystery meat, my DH is grilling. He just left for the store so I have no idea what he is getting. I need to call him and put in an order for cheesecake. : )

mmmhm those tacos sound good!
do you re-season the chicken?
and how to you cook the platains?

I don't reseason the chicken but you can if you want to! Fried plantains are easy to make and yummy! I use regular sized bananas bc I always have them around but most people would tell you to get the larger sized plantains. I cut them diagonally, put some oil in a pan and just fry each side of the banana until brown. Yummy!!

Tonight is chicken nuggets and french fries and tomorrow (given a good grocery shopping night), we'll be having banana pancakes and sausage.
